{"slug":"cohort-retention-analysis","source_name":"cohort-retention-analysis","name":"Cohort Retention Analysis","description":"Use when building or reviewing a cohort retention table — users grouped into acquisition cohorts and tracked by age since signup. Anchors every retained-% denominator to the cohort's original size, keeps each user in exactly one cohort, expects a ragged triangle, and refuses to average retention across cohorts of different maturity. Do NOT use for forecasting future retention, scoring an account's churn risk, or choosing a cancellation save-offer.","version":1,"lift":{"pass_rate_delta_pts":null,"pass_rate_pct":23.1,"total_cases":13,"passed_cases":3,"tokens_delta_pct":394,"turns_delta_pct":0,"verdict":"mixed","benchmark_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","grading_method":"judged","completed_at":"2026-07-11T05:03:22.561447+00:00"},"skill_score":0.8140828924162257,"benchmark_models":[{"model":"gemini-3.5-flash","headline":false,"delta_pts":null,"with_pass_pct":null,"without_pass_pct":null,"tokens_delta_pct":394,"turns_delta_pct":0,"total_cases":13,"cases_aggregated":13,"verdict":"mixed","never_hurt":true,"completed_at":"2026-07-11T05:03:22.561447+00:00","run_id":"f65186bd-792f-4304-a5dd-0a4c0b8bc401","latest_attempt":{"id":"f65186bd-792f-4304-a5dd-0a4c0b8bc401","runner_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","overall_verdict":"mixed","completed_at":"2026-07-11T05:03:22.561447+00:00","gate":"not_comparable"},"version_number":1,"is_latest_version":true,"gate":"not_comparable"}],"trust":{"skill_safety":"passed","safety_status":"clean","intent_verdict":"safe","content_status":"clean","indexable":false},"license":null,"install_count":0,"total_uses":1260,"total_users":79,"manifest_hash":"5ac47dd311b2165070acfd29c76a68582d29ff57dcffa0dd03e596540882055a","install_name":"cohort-retention-analysis","version_id":"3fa508d7-c762-44b0-ba36-fc6934d62b09","body_sha256":"04cb5bb4eda75ad934387fc7a3aa47a6f383b418a582c2e1f36ecd2a0b34103c","render_hash":"218535c7738f8146638df32eef163be2a3f007c302c993f5761579ce48c2e86b","raw_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/s/cohort-retention-analysis/SKILL.md","scorecard_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/skills/cohort-retention-analysis"}
