{"slug":"deal-review-prep","source_name":"deal-review-prep","name":"Deal Review Prep","description":"Package a single deal for a pipeline / deal-review meeting as a disciplined four-part packet — MEDDICC state element-by-element, the single biggest risk, exactly what is needed to advance the current stage, and one specific ask of the manager — instead of a status paragraph. Use when prepping a deal to bring to a forecast call, pipeline review, or 1:1 with your manager. Do NOT use for structuring raw discovery-call notes (that is discovery-meddic-capture), flagging a whole pipeline against hygiene rules (pipeline-hygiene-review), or scoring an inbound lead (lead-qualification).","version":1,"lift":{"pass_rate_delta_pts":null,"pass_rate_pct":100,"total_cases":13,"passed_cases":13,"tokens_delta_pct":518.1,"turns_delta_pct":0,"verdict":"pass","benchmark_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","grading_method":"judged","completed_at":"2026-07-08T22:24:47.790449+00:00"},"skill_score":1,"benchmark_models":[{"model":"gemini-3.5-flash","headline":false,"delta_pts":null,"with_pass_pct":null,"without_pass_pct":null,"tokens_delta_pct":518.1,"turns_delta_pct":0,"total_cases":13,"cases_aggregated":13,"verdict":"pass","never_hurt":true,"completed_at":"2026-07-08T22:24:47.790449+00:00","run_id":"df7fb0e1-53c1-4e1f-8958-1af7f6346dea","latest_attempt":{"id":"df7fb0e1-53c1-4e1f-8958-1af7f6346dea","runner_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","overall_verdict":"pass","completed_at":"2026-07-08T22:24:47.790449+00:00","gate":"not_comparable"},"version_number":1,"is_latest_version":true,"gate":"not_comparable"}],"trust":{"skill_safety":"passed","safety_status":"clean","intent_verdict":"safe","content_status":"clean","indexable":false},"license":null,"install_count":1,"total_uses":90,"total_users":3,"manifest_hash":"c94c624a2e533dfd8448f0ddfc0c5d15f7e5e6e4dc24b50ee05f23e21657f83f","install_name":"deal-review-prep","version_id":"315abad0-dc20-4b54-a1cf-77b6c9544683","body_sha256":"bd99d21a11463951d8b402f93a658388040944a0c8795aa17d89439ed570518e","render_hash":"4ca78cf8a19d81048c45098e0195233eac0c3f9748ca56dc137439f713b631d8","raw_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/s/deal-review-prep/SKILL.md","scorecard_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/skills/deal-review-prep"}
