{"slug":"funnel-decomposition","source_name":"funnel-decomposition","name":"Funnel Decomposition","description":"Use when handed the step counts of a conversion funnel — visits → signups → activated → paid, or any ordered drop-off sequence — and asked where the funnel leaks or where to focus. Reports each step's conditional rate AND the absolute users lost there, because the worst-rate step is rarely where the most people are lost; pins down the attribution window before reading the drops; and refuses to multiply step rates measured on different populations. Do NOT use for judging whether one A/B funnel beats another, forecasting future conversion, or writing the SQL that builds the funnel.","version":1,"lift":{"pass_rate_delta_pts":null,"pass_rate_pct":23.1,"total_cases":13,"passed_cases":3,"tokens_delta_pct":397.8,"turns_delta_pct":0,"verdict":"mixed","benchmark_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","grading_method":"judged","completed_at":"2026-07-09T05:49:52.007193+00:00"},"skill_score":0.8967551622418879,"benchmark_models":[{"model":"gemini-3.5-flash","headline":false,"delta_pts":null,"with_pass_pct":null,"without_pass_pct":null,"tokens_delta_pct":397.8,"turns_delta_pct":0,"total_cases":13,"cases_aggregated":13,"verdict":"mixed","never_hurt":true,"completed_at":"2026-07-09T05:49:52.007193+00:00","run_id":"677ab720-9f6d-47e5-80c8-a136ff0929ec","latest_attempt":{"id":"677ab720-9f6d-47e5-80c8-a136ff0929ec","runner_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","overall_verdict":"mixed","completed_at":"2026-07-09T05:49:52.007193+00:00","gate":"not_comparable"},"version_number":1,"is_latest_version":true,"gate":"not_comparable"}],"trust":{"skill_safety":"passed","safety_status":"clean","intent_verdict":"safe","content_status":"clean","indexable":false},"license":null,"install_count":0,"total_uses":1003,"total_users":86,"manifest_hash":"c26e381418f02bfaed4dd8f4f8ce52409ff3f15bd324ac65a430e400e289f0df","install_name":"funnel-decomposition","version_id":"9f9a610d-0af1-4f69-ad0d-35fa9a3dd487","body_sha256":"ebf8a73993011fad391f981b05227e909a23d7e7c5e5c457da597345280d946a","render_hash":"25ba50bd5334f185d745add930d0a6e3adb31e3f73f31b0862c7322585afca25","raw_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/s/funnel-decomposition/SKILL.md","scorecard_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/skills/funnel-decomposition"}
