## Wave Commands (run in order per feature)

## Routing Commands

| Command | Purpose | When to Use |

| `/nw-continue` | Resume in-progress feature | Returning to a feature — detects progress, starts at next wave |

## DELIVER Inner Loop Commands (manual mode)
