{"slug":"seasonality-adjustment","source_name":"seasonality-adjustment","name":"Seasonality Adjustment","description":"Use when someone compares two time periods and wants to know if a metric is trending — a month-over-month, week-over-week, or quarter-over-quarter move they are about to call growth or decline. Neutralizes calendar effects (unequal day counts, working vs holiday days, weekday mix, and seasonal cycles) before concluding a trend, so a mechanical artifact is not reported as a real change. Do NOT use for forecasting a future value, for building the metric's query, or for decomposing a move into mix vs rate (that is metric-change-decomposition).","version":1,"lift":{"pass_rate_delta_pts":null,"pass_rate_pct":35.7,"total_cases":14,"passed_cases":5,"tokens_delta_pct":541.7,"turns_delta_pct":0,"verdict":"mixed","benchmark_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","grading_method":"judged","completed_at":"2026-07-10T18:49:18.879224+00:00"},"skill_score":0.8070175438596491,"benchmark_models":[{"model":"gemini-3.5-flash","headline":false,"delta_pts":null,"with_pass_pct":null,"without_pass_pct":null,"tokens_delta_pct":541.7,"turns_delta_pct":0,"total_cases":14,"cases_aggregated":14,"verdict":"mixed","never_hurt":true,"completed_at":"2026-07-10T18:49:18.879224+00:00","run_id":"dfe047c0-981e-4918-87a2-b61951eb9d73","latest_attempt":{"id":"dfe047c0-981e-4918-87a2-b61951eb9d73","runner_model":"gemini-3.5-flash","overall_verdict":"mixed","completed_at":"2026-07-10T18:49:18.879224+00:00","gate":"not_comparable"},"version_number":1,"is_latest_version":true,"gate":"not_comparable"}],"trust":{"skill_safety":"caution","safety_status":"flagged","intent_verdict":"safe","content_status":"clean","indexable":false},"license":null,"install_count":0,"total_uses":709,"total_users":86,"manifest_hash":"7d414ec0fb1ec7f5f26d28674f1cb594438e9b17582435bdb0f2636bc3e5948f","install_name":"seasonality-adjustment","version_id":"239f4915-7b48-4eb9-b686-046389fc5b56","body_sha256":"62c9a6fcfe8667d811d62fa967d568eccc206f4bd150c8cb7c014af59fb9159c","render_hash":"2f2ac6b8d4665a967d2b1ad05acef37fa5c54f6eaa83dcd96655ca1b73bb2c1b","raw_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/s/seasonality-adjustment/SKILL.md","scorecard_url":"https://app.decimal.ai/skills/seasonality-adjustment"}
