文言修正や既存パターンに沿う低リスク変更は自己レビューでよい。認証・プロトコル・状態管理・配布境界など、見落としの影響が大きい変更は独立レビューを使う。行数だけで判断しない。
独立レビューでは利用環境に応じたサブエージェントを使い、Claude環境では .claude/agents/code-reviewer.md の code-reviewer を選ぶ。利用できない場合はその制限と実施したレビューを報告する。
git diff HEAD、コミット済みなら作業開始点または対象ブランチとのdiffを確認する。git status --short で新規ファイルも拾う。結果は重要な指摘と対応、検証、未解決事項を簡潔に報告する。重大な問題が残る場合は完了扱いにしない。
