Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “Customer”) and DecimalAI LLC(“DecimalAI,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the DecimalAI platform, our website at decimal.ai, and our APIs and SDKs (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
DecimalAI is a developer platform for ingesting AI agent execution traces, attributing them to versioned agent manifests, running evaluations, and detecting regressions across deploys. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@decimal.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Send unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content through our APIs.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or operate the Service as a competing managed offering without our written consent.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or to benchmark performance for public disclosure without our consent.
4. Plans and fees
Pricing is published on our pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly or annually as selected at checkout. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge that method for all fees incurred. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice; price changes take effect at your next renewal.
Charges appear on your card or bank statement as DECIMAL AI. If you do not recognise a charge, email hello@decimal.ai before disputing it and we will identify or refund it.
If a payment fails, we will grant a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period expires, your workspace may be downgraded to the free tier and metered features may be restricted.
5. Quotas and rate limits
Each plan has documented quotas (traces ingested, LLM-judge calls, retention window, etc.). Requests beyond your quota may be rejected with an HTTP 429 response until the next billing period or until you upgrade. Sustained quota violation may result in additional rate limiting at our discretion.
6. Customer data
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the trace data, prompts, manifests, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant DecimalAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Customer Data solely to operate the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Data to the Service, including the right to share any personal information contained in prompts or outputs with DecimalAI and our subprocessors.
7. Intellectual property
The Service — our software, designs, documentation, and branding — is owned by DecimalAI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We do not claim ownership of the skills in the registry. The registry contains material from several sources: skills published by DecimalAI, skills published by other users, and skills imported from public repositories. Each remains the property of its respective author and stays subject to whatever license that author applied to it. Where a skill carries its own license, that license governs your use of it — not these Terms. A skill’s page shows its source and, where we have it, its license. We do not warrant that any third-party skill is accurate, safe, or free of third-party rights; review a skill before you run it.
8. Content you publish
You keep ownership of everything you publish to the registry. By publishing a skill, you grant DecimalAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service, and — if you mark it public — to let other users view, install, and run it. That license lasts as long as you keep the skill published, and ends when you remove it, except for copies already installed by others and for backups we retain for a limited period.
You must have the right to publish what you publish. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to distribute, and do not strip or misstate a license or attribution.
9. Reporting content and removal
If you believe something in the registry infringes your rights, misattributes your work, or violates these Terms, tell us at hello@decimal.ai or use the Reportlink on the skill’s page. Include the skill’s URL, what is wrong, and — for a rights claim — enough detail to identify the work and your authority to act for its owner.
We review reports and may remove or unpublish content, at our discretion and without prior notice, while we do so. If we remove something you published, we will tell you and you may respond. We may also remove content that a repository owner asks us to stop mirroring.
Feedback you provide (suggestions, bug reports, feature requests) may be used by DecimalAI without restriction and without obligation to compensate you.
10. Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Stripe, GitHub). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DECIMALAI BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DecimalAI harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (b) your Customer Data, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, we will delete Customer Data within 30 days, subject to retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Modifications to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the workspace billing contact and posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and DecimalAI regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.
