I'm executing LLM tool invocations and model calls directly in a browser client using TypeScript. I want a reusable wrapper helper that tracks these client-side GenAI operations as Application Insights dependencies following OpenTelemetry semantic conventions, measuring execution duration, recording token counts, and logging exceptions on failure.
