Run from the repository root. The bundled script is the fallback; prefer a

--full is a distinct distribution-surface operation and always uses library
grouping. It does not catalog .agents/skills/ or the root skills/ publication
mirror. In full mode, --output changes the root catalog path; family files and
root metadata remain part of the run.
