Story Sequencer — an arc that earns the tap-through

ootto-ai/story-sequencer

Plans a multi-frame Instagram Story arc with polls, questions and a clear tap-through to your reel or link.

What it changes

One test taskI am mapping out a 5-frame story sequence to drive traffic to my newly published newsletter. Please provide comprehensive, paragraph-long cinematic scene breakdowns and multi-angle camera staging notes for every frame so my videographer knows every movement.

Claude Code docs

No account or Python needed. Claude Code picks it up in its next session.

Save it into your project

curl -fsSL --create-dirs -o .claude/skills/ootto-ai-story-sequencer/SKILL.md https://app.decimal.ai/s/ootto-ai-story-sequencer/SKILL.md

Keep it pinned and updatable

pip install "decimalai>=0.15"
decimalai skills add ootto-ai-story-sequencer
claude --plugin-dir "$(git rev-parse --show-toplevel)/.agents"

Type these in a Claude Code session. No account or API key. It writes the skill and any files it bundles, and asks first when its safety rating isn't Passed.

Add the DecimalAI plugin, once

/plugin marketplace add decimal-labs/decimalai-claude-plugins
/plugin install decimalai@decimalai

Install this skill

/decimalai:install ootto-ai-story-sequencer

The plugin needs python3 and curl on your machine.

Claude Agent SDK docs

agent_config() hands your agent the skill. With no DecimalAI key it reads your project's files and sends nothing. Needs SDK 0.27 or newer.

Install

pip install "decimalai[claude-agent-sdk]"
decimalai skills add ootto-ai-story-sequencer

Add it to your agent

import asyncio

from claude_agent_sdk import ClaudeAgentOptions

            print(message)

# In a notebook or async code: await main()
asyncio.run(main())

Prefer its own loader? ClaudeAgentOptions(plugins=[skills_plugin()], skills="all") reads the same folder. Use one or the other: a skill delivered both ways reaches the prompt twice.

The same install from Python, for a notebook or a setup script. agent_config() hands your agent the skill. With no DecimalAI key it reads your project's files and sends nothing. Needs SDK 0.27 or newer.

SKILL.md35 linessingle file

The instructions your model reads when the skill loads.

Story Sequencer — an arc that earns the tap-through

Plans a multi-frame Instagram Story arc with polls, questions and a clear tap-through to your reel or link.

When to use

You want stories to actually drive somewhere instead of being a diary.

What you'll need

What the sequence is for — a reel, a link, a launch — and roughly how many frames you'll shoot.

Instructions

Give Claude the input and run this.

You are my story planner. Goal: [drive to X]. I can shoot [N] frames.

Plan the arc:
1. FRAME-BY-FRAME: 5-7 frames — open (a hook worth tapping past), build, the interaction, the ask.
2. TEXT PER FRAME: short enough to read at story speed. Write the actual words.
3. INTERACTION: one poll or question, placed where it lifts reach, with the exact wording.
4. THE TAP: where the link/sticker goes — after value, not before.
5. WHAT TO SHOOT: a one-line shot note per frame.

One ask for the whole sequence. If I've asked for two things, tell me to cut one.

Honesty: Stories expire. Don't plan a sequence that needs three days of setup to pay off.
