I want to create a scroll-triggered text reveal effect for my section titles. Please supply a code snippet that splits an element's text into lines, wraps them in overflow masks, animates the lines sliding upwards into view with a stagger, and automatically refreshes or recalculates the split lines if the browser window is resized or custom fonts finish loading.
