size 与 business_value 解耦：
size为相对实现规模斐波那契分（仅由 5 个规模维度决定）， 回写 TAPDsize字段；RICE 综合分作为业务价值回写 TAPDbusiness_value字段， 两者完全解耦、互不赋值。
