This skill should be used when the user wants to bulk-build ArcKit artefacts in parallel rather than running individual /arckit:* commands one at a time. Invoke manually with /arckit:arckit-build when the task sounds like 'kick off a build', 'build everything', 'generate all artefacts', 'run all the commands', 'rebuild this project from scratch', 'resume the build', 'pick up where we left off', 'refresh the artefacts', 'run the recipe', 'build the whole project end-to-end', or 'parallel build',
One test taskOur last run on project 001 hit an error midway through execution. Now that the issue is sorted out, please pick up the generation process from where it stalled, bypassing the check on upstream file checksums so we can wrap up the missing documentation quickly.
Passed 17 of 21 test cases with the skill, and 6 of 21 without it.

What to look for
Saved prompts and skills, pinned versions, and traces of this skill in your runs. DecimalAI does not run your agent.
Claude Code reads files from your project, so DecimalAI config does not apply there.
On Claude Agent SDK: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On OpenAI Agents: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On OpenAI SDK: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On Anthropic: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On Gemini API: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On LangChain: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On CrewAI: set DECIMAL_API_KEY and add decimalai.init(crewai=True) to record runs and skill use. The skill version stays in your repo.
On Google ADK: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On Pydantic AI: save the skill to an agent here, set DECIMAL_API_KEY, and the same code uses it with no command to run. Changes you save reach the next run with no redeploy.
On Deep Agents: set DECIMAL_API_KEY and add decimalai.init(langchain=True) to record runs and skill use. The skill version stays in your repo.
On Microsoft Agent Framework: set DECIMAL_API_KEY and add decimalai.init(otel=True, agent_name="support") to record runs and skill use. The skill version stays in your repo.
On Strands: set DECIMAL_API_KEY and add decimalai.init(otel=True, agent_name="support") to record runs and skill use. The skill version stays in your repo.
Editors read files from your project, so DecimalAI config does not apply there.
Anywhere else: record a use with decimalai.log_skill_activation() inside a trace.
One of 11 test cases the skill fixed. Same model, same prompt, with and without the skill.

The instructions your model reads when the skill loads.
You are running the ArcKit build harness. Your job is orchestration only — never read or write artefact content yourself. Spawn subagents for that.
projects/{P}-{NAME}/.arckit/state.json after every wave, before moving on.complete, the file exists at the recorded path, AND every input file's SHA-256 matches the hash recorded at build time, skip. Otherwise the target is stale — rebuild it (and propagate staleness through the DAG). See § "Input-hash change detection".validate-arc-filename.mjs PreToolUse hook is the authoritative path normalizer — it allocates sequence numbers, applies subfolders, pads project IDs at write time. The orchestrator and workers never construct paths by string substitution or call generate-document-id.mjs directly. Read the corrected path back from the Write tool result.| Arg | Effect |
|---|---|
<project> | Project directory name or numeric ID (e.g. 001 or 001-arckit-saas). If absent, prompt user. |
--plan | Dry run. Print the wave plan, do not dispatch any Agents, exit. |
--resume | Read state.json; continue from last incomplete wave. |
--target NAME | Build only NAME and its missing dependencies. |
--refresh NAME | Force-rebuild NAME and everything downstream. |
--no-commit | Skip the per-wave git commit. |
--recipe NAME | Recipe name (default uk-saas). Resolved against the precedence list below. |
--enable ID | Enable an optional target (e.g. --enable AIP). |
--exclude ID | Exclude a default-on optional target (e.g. --exclude SVCASS). |
--skip-hash-check | Treat any complete target with its output file present as up-to-date; skip SHA-256 staleness detection. Fast resume; risks missing edits to inputs. |
Recipes are external YAML files. Lookup precedence for --recipe NAME (first hit wins):
.arckit/recipes/{NAME}.yaml — user customizations preserved across plugin updates.${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/skills/arckit-build/recipes/{NAME}.yaml — recipes shipped with the arckit core plugin (uk-saas, uk-mod-sovereign).arckit-uae's recipes/uae-federal-ai.yaml, arckit-ca's recipes/ca-federal-fitaa.yaml). Overlays are separate plugins beside the core, so glob, in order, and take the first match:
${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/../../arckit-*/*/recipes/{NAME}.yaml: a marketplace install, where Claude Code caches each plugin as <marketplace>/<plugin>/<version>/. If more than one version matches, use the highest${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/../**/recipes/{NAME}.yaml: a checkout of the published repo (plugins/uae/recipes/, plugins/uk/finance/recipes/) or of the source repo (plugins/arckit-uae/recipes/)Default recipe is uk-saas. To customize, copy the core default to .arckit/recipes/uk-saas.yaml and edit there:
