Our user profile card component in the OpenDesign workspace has poor visual hierarchy—the user's role title blends into the bio text. I'm tempted to completely rewrite this into a custom Vue 3 Tailwind card with glowing borders and new gradients. Please update the existing OpenDesign artifact to fix the hierarchy issue, and give me a summary of edits and next checks.
