습관이 안 잡히는 이유는 의지가 약해서가 아니라 구조가 없어서다. 이 스킬은 행동을 작게 쪼개고, 기존 행동에 붙이고, 트래커로 눈에 보이게 하고, 끊겼을 때 다시 시작하는 규칙까지 만들어, 작심3일을 꾸준함으로 바꾼다.

작심3일의 가장 큰 원인은 시작 문턱이 높은 것. 처음엔 민망할 만큼 작게 시작한다.
새 습관을 이미 하는 행동 뒤에 붙여 자동으로 떠오르게 한다.
