投稿前最高杠杆的一步，是判断选题是否契合《计算机学报》(Chinese Journal of Computers, CJC) ，
以及应落到哪种稿件类型。CJC 是 CCF A 类计算机学科综合性 中文旗舰月刊（中国计算机学会与中科院
计算所主办，创刊 1978，月刊），"不符合本刊宗旨与选题范围""无新意"是初审退稿的头号理由。选错刊或
定位不清，再好的工作也会在门口被拦。本技能帮你在投稿前把契合度、创新增量与栏目归属想清楚。核验

一、CJC 的定位：综合性 + 长文 + 原创
综合性 ：覆盖计算机全学科——计算机科学理论、体系结构、软件、人工智能、数据库、网络、安全、
