Klauselproblem (Agb Vertragsstrafe 309 Nr 6): AGB-Vertragsstrafe nach § 309 Nr. 6 BGB. Skill vertieft die AGB-rechtliche Behandlung von Vertragsstrafen im B2C und B2B. Arbeitsvertrag

BAG 8 AZR 73/13: Vertragsstrafe bis zu einem Bruttomonatsgehalt regelmaessig zulässig.
Bei Wettbewerbsklauseln Kombination mit § 74 HGB beachten.
