Norm und Praxis

"Verbot der geltungserhaltenden Reduktion": BGH lehnt es ab, eine zu weite AGB-Klausel auf das gerade noch zulaessige Mass zurueckzuschneiden.
"Blue-Pencil-Test": Wenn die Klausel sprachlich teilbar ist und der wirksame Rest für sich verstaendlich, bleibt der Rest wirksam.
