An Excel template has empty, pre-formatted cells down to row 50, but actual user entries end at row 12. `ws.max_row` reports 50. I tried `ws.reset_dimensions()` but `ws.max_row` still returns 50. What is the correct way to find the actual last row containing non-empty data?
